1. To be able to bid on the YouTube auctions featuring rare coins and collectibles, you must be member of the channel.
2. You MUST have PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo
3. You Must be 18 Years of Age or older!
4. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 domestic and $20 international. A $25 registered mail fee is required on all orders exceeding $1,000.
5. All Sales are Final, but if you feel an item has been misrepresented after you receive it, please e-mail me!
6. Payment for each item is due prior to the end of the stream. If payment is not received by the end of the stream, bidders risk the possibility of being banned from the channel.
7. Coins that I grade are my opinion ONLY and I do not guarantee that my grade will be the same as another person or companies grade, such as PCGS or NGC. There will be closeup views of all items, please make your own judgement.

1. Each lot in the rare coins and collectibles auction will have a starting bid amount that is announced before the bidding begins.  Once bidding is open, YouTube channel members may bid.  Stormy and moderators will track the highest bidder and announce them to the stream as they happen.
2. As the bidding on a lot begins to slow down, Stormy will begin a live chat countdown for bidding of the lot.  The countdown will consist of a Going Once, Going Twice, and SOLD call.  The countdown messages will be displayed in the LIVE chat on the stream and will be the official countdown as opposed to Stormy's verbal calls.  Below are two important scenarios related to the countdown.
3. If a bid comes in during the countdown but before the SOLD is called, the countdown will reset.
4. If SOLD is typed but a bid happens to come in BEFORE SOLD is displayed on the chat, the SOLD call will be void and the countdown will reset. 

1. Registered Bidders for the YouTube rare coins and collectibles auctions are required to prevent fake bidders with no intention of paying from bidding up items against actual bidders.  Not only is this unfair to the participants, but it could be considered illegal.  This behavior will NOT be tolerated and we require that our bidders have some way to be tied to a real person so that this sort of activity can be prevented.
2. Bids from an unregistered bidder will be ignored and they will receive a 5 minute timeout in the chat to prevent further disruption of the auction. Continued bidding from the same unregistered bidder will result in further action up to and including a ban from the channel.

I am not a coin grader, nor do I claim to be. If you have questions about a particular item, the opportunity to ask is during the auction while the item is on the auction block.

If it still has not arrived, you may request tracking from EMPIRE PRECIOUS METALS. Additionally, if you have moved since your prior shipment, it is necessary to alert S EMPIRE PRECIOUS METALS in your payment notes or via email to ensure your package is sent to your current address.
